The Faces Behind the Commitment

Brandon & Erin Datuin

It started by picking up carpet scraps, then learning the use of each tool, and eventually learning how to install flooring myself. Naturally, this led me to becoming a flooring contractor soon after highschool. I spent many years installing floors in residential homes and then got into the commercial space. I worked hands-on with a wide range of flooring products and techniques, cultivating a deep understanding of the latest trends, materials, and technologies. After years of learning how to install every kind of flooring you can imagine, I ventured into the sales side of the business, as a project manager. As I gained expertise in the industry, I enjoyed seeing how a flooring upgrade had the power to completely transform a space, bring new life to a room, or make a house finally feel like home. Now as co-owner of Anchored Floors, with over 20 years of professional experience, I am passionate about helping Bay Area home and business owners develop their dreams for stunning homes and work spaces. Together, we can make those visions become reality.
